The Position Working within the Community Cultural and Economic Development Division at Council, the Communications and Marketing Manager will lead a talented and high performing team to develop and deliver strategic and innovative approaches to communications, media and marketing initiatives for the organisation. Internally, you will work closely with the Divisional Management Team and other stakeholders to provide high-level support, technical expertise, strategic advice and oversight to all things marketing and communications. Your combination of leadership and technical expertise will also be utilised to deliver a coordinated and proactive approach to support our leaders in building capacity across all Divisions of Council. Externally, you will work with other stakeholders such as members of the public and community/local business to promote Council’s role in the community.
