An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person to join our Environment, Tourism and Economic Development as a Building Maintenance Officer. The duties of this position typically include undertaking a general range of carpentry and building works to construct new buildings and maintain and repair existing buildings. This position shall assist other council departments and work as a general duties position as required and also perform administrative duties in accordance with their capabilities, in relation to Councils Building and property maintenance programs.
