The Council is seeking a suitably experienced and motivated person to fill the position of Development & Building Services Officer based at the Shire of Waroona Administration Office located in the town site of Waroona. Work Type: Part Time / Full Time Applications Close: Friday 1st July 2022 @ 4pm Level: LGOA - Level 4 - 5 + OA $56,136 to $64,030 negotiated The Development & Building Services Officer will ensure accurate processing of planning, building and environmental health matters in alignment with legislation and under the direction of delegated officers, undertake statutory inspections, process applications and provide excellent customer service in informing, educating, consulting and responding to customer needs. Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Local Government Officers (Western Australia) Award 2021 Level 4 to 5 plus over award to be negotiated according to experience and qualifications.
