The Shire of Wyalkatchem requires a Grader Operator / Leading Hand to lead our road construction division. The position includes the operation of all major plant items involved in road construction and road maintenance across the Shire’s road network. Employment conditions are in accordance with the Local Government Industry Award 2020 with salaries significantly above award rates plus other allowances and the lifestyle friendly roster of a 9-day fortnight. The Shire also offers location/housing subsidies and is keen to attract people to live and work in this great community.
