About the position: The City is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to assist with the development of business partner relationships with internal customers across the organisation, resulting in the provision of timely and accurate end-to-end HR support and generalist advice. Due to the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning software at the City, there is also the opportunity for applicants seeking part-time or fixed term work to be considered for a role within the HR team. Position requirements: The successful applicant must have demonstrated experience in providing advice to managers and employees in relation to operational human resources and organisational development practices including the application of Enterprise Agreements or Awards and associated policies. Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City. Remuneration and benefits: A salary starting from $86,829 per annum or $43.9419 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
