Package Value - $75,319.62 to $77,264.42 per annum Council is seeking applications to fill the full time position of Construction Team Leader. Applications will be received until Monday, 06 June 2022. Late applications may not be considered. The Position Council is seeking the services of a person to fill the position of Construction Team Leader. The successful applicant will be required to provide leadership and supervision of assigned construction projects to achieve and maintain a safe, efficient and cooperative team in an equitable, harmonious and productive manner. This position is also responsible for undertaking a range of plant operation and labouring tasks and leading a multi-disciplined team. Qualifications and Experience The successful applicant is expected to have demonstrated experience in the various aspects of general construction and maintenance works, together with the ability to operate a range of plant and hand tools. The successful applicant is expected to have, or be working towards a Certificate III in Civil Construction or higher or equivalent experience, Construction White Card, MR Class Drivers Licence, Traffic Control Certificate along with appropriate certificates of competency to operate load-shifting equipment. Salary and Conditions The position is classified as a Level 3 of the Queensland Local Government Industry (Stream A) Award – State 2017 and offers an annual cash annual wage of $68,572.10 to $70,340.10 inclusive of all allowances and leave loading.
