Providing support to the Building Operations unit to deliver on efficient and effective maintenance works and services, minor projects and emergency repairs to Council's diverse asset portfolio
Overseeing, maintaining and providing continuous improvement to the systems that support the units primary functions, activities and service outcomes
Supporting the provision of key administrative activities and tasks across all business streams

Provide a high-quality, customer focused service, prioritising needs and responding to requests in a timely manner
Identify ways to leverage the value of existing technology to achieve team/unit outcomes
Oversee expenditure and internal/external revenue streams and coordinate income recovery
Assist in developing and maintaining operating procedures, maintenance schedules and program
Coordinate staff training and develop and maintain staff rosters
Assist in maintaining a safe working environment

Package: $69,273 - $73,428 gross p.a. plus superannuation
Hours of work: Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week with the option of a 19 day month
