We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial and Finance executive to the position of Business Manager – Riverside Theatres. We are looking for a highly experienced Finance & Administration executive with significant experience in a leadership role working in a business or arts management role. The Business Manager will be analytical and a great communicator, have outstanding organisational and planning ability, expertise in financial management, experience with sponsorship and fundraising, an eye for income growth and diversification, and the ability to work in a hands-on capacity with a small staff to create a thriving, creative work environment This is a temporary full-time position (up until June 2024). The successful applicant will be degree qualified in accounting or business administration, with preference given to applicants qualified as Certified Practising Accountants or with more than 10 years senior management experience in business and financial management. A degree in Marketing, Business or Theatre Management or extensive relevant experience of, typically, up to 10 years will also be highly regarded.
