Do you have tertiary qualifications in Town Planning, Business Administration or a related discipline? Do you have a minimum of three (3) years’ leadership experience in working with a multidisciplinary team?

We currently have vacancy in our Development Services team to help make Wollondilly an even better place, together. As the Team Leader Business Support, your day will consist of, but not be limited to:

  • Lead and coordinate the Business Support Team to provide professional support to staff within the Development Services Section.
  • Coordinate all statutory reporting to external agencies for Development Services
  • Work collaboratively with and maintain a partnership approach between planning and other Council departments through the development assessment processes.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification (minimum diploma) in Business Administration, Customer Service, Management or a relevant field
  • Demonstrated relevant supervisory and leadership experience within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communications skills.
  • A sound working knowledge of NSW Planning Legislation.
