Enterprise Application Specialist

  • Being the key liaison point between business SME’s and application vendors (eg Tech One) for application availability, upgrades and outages
  • Ensuring application changes are managed and governed appropriately
  • Thinking outside the box, seeking innovative ways to problem-solve and continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Utilising your exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to champion change - supporting our employees, managers, customers and community to evolve.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Utilise your strong understanding and experience with administration of enterprise or corporate applications to support the business
  • Coordinate the management of business user access reviews and group sessions.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse with industry trends and new technology to contribute to the development of technology roadmaps and support the transition to future state architecture.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve any issues.
  • Support the creation of innovative, holistic, scalable and flexible solutions for our stakeholders and assist with the delivery of the IM&T strategy.
  • Effectively navigate changing environments and support the development of strategies to position Council for constructive decisions.

 The Fine Print:

  • Package:  $95,000 - $111,000 gross p.a. plus 10% superannuation
  • Hours of work: Permanent Full Time working 35 hours per week with option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement.
