Project Coordinator, Buildings Infrastructure


Are you an experienced project and contract management professional seeking a new challenge? Come join our supportive and collaborative team to lead and manage a team in planning, design, documentation, delivery and evaluation of approved and proposed building projects. 

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate various key stakeholders in the planning and development of annual Capital Works programs and associated budgets while leading and developing a high performing, flexible and resilient team.

You will have extensive experience in asset management, project planning, contract management, project delivery and evaluation with demonstrated ability to manage a complex project program. You will also have demonstrated knowledge or understanding of contract law and principles regarding contract management and administration. A high level of managerial experience with demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a high performing team are essential for this role.

If you hold formal qualifications in Project Management methodologies and a proven track record as an effective leader, we welcome your application.

A satisfactory police records check and evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status is required for this position.
