Job Description Expressions of Interest: Casual Business Support Officer Description Forming part of our Casual Team, Casual Business Support Officers will have the opportunity to work across all divisions of Council when additional support is required. It is therefore essential that you are available to work flexibly, at short notice and have a reliable contact telephone number. You will provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure operations and services are performed efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Manager Corporate Business, you will be responsible for releasing technical staff from administrative tasks, assisting on various projects and providing high quality customer service. You will ideally have a minimum of twelve (12) months experience in an administrative role and hold a Certificate III in Business Administration, along with a strong customer relations focus, with the ability to produce high quality work whilst meeting deadlines. Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award 2020 – from Band 1 Level 2, Grade 3 Step 1 $31.74 per hour including 25% leave loading in lieu of entitlements.
