Role Overview This position is responsible for leading the Regulatory Services administrative team to provide high-quality administrative, customer service and technical services across the Regulatory Services Units of Locals Laws, Traffic Amenity, Environmental Health and Building Services. The Team Leader Regulatory Services Administration Technical Support will manage day to day performance of the Regulatory Services Administration team to ensure that service plans, service commitments and budget objectives are satisfied by:
About You The successful candidate will ideally hold a degree in Business Administration/Management and some relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience in an executive assistant/high level administration role. You will be able to demonstrate experience in generating a variety of documentation and reports and external correspondence, coupled with experience in a wide range of Windows based databases and applications whilst working in a team environment.
