The Co-Ordinator Asset Planning will lead the team in the development and implementation of an overall Asset Planning to deliver appropriate and sustainable outcomes for a diverse and growing community.

The role is responsible to coordinate the effective development and management of asset related projects and programs for the planning of new and improved assets. 

The role covers all public infrastructure asset classes under Council control including stormwater, buildings, open space, roads, footpaths, traffic and alike.

To be successful in securing the role you will have tertiary or other qualifications and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field and have extensive experience with developing and implementing asset management plans; along with demonstrated leadership skills who will be able to hit the ground running.
