PROGRAM LEADER PLACE MANAGEMENT

This position leads a small team of place makers in establishing robust partnerships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. It will build knowledge on the needs and priorities of our town and villages centres and other key precincts and lead a program of place-based initiatives that lead to improved community outcomes. 

The position manages a small team of place makers (each assigned an area of the Blue Mountains) while managing Katoomba and the Echo Point precinct.

The applicant must be determined to drive continuous improvement and have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. The applicant must also have highly developed judgement and negotiation skills with past experience in managing complex relationships together with strong leadership qualities.

Salary: commencing at $4016.14 gross per fortnight.
