The Opportunity Using a community development framework, this position drives the strategic management of place based initiatives in Flemington and it’s surrounds, including the operations of the Flemington Pop-Up and the soon to be opened Flemington Community Hub. Reporting to the Senior Coordinator Welcoming Neighbourhoods, you will be responsible for coordinating the growth and development of the Flemington Community Hub and providing leadership at the Pop-Up in Flemington. In addition, you will lead and manage collaborative governance processes, while overseeing the development and implementation of operating frameworks, user agreements, venue operations, OH&S, and other systems brought into the new Hub.
