We are looking for a Business Analyst to take on a project as a Senior Reporting and Data Specialist for a 6 – 12-month period, starting as soon as is viable. You will be joining a skilled Business Excellence Team reporting directly to the Business Excellence Manager as an individual contributor. The purpose of this role is to partner with our Customer and Community Services Division to create a reporting system, offer advice, visual insights, and business improvement expertise. Your priority would be to focus on the customer service we provide from our Leisure Centres and the Staffing and Retention within these areas. This role will allow you the flexibility to work from home or wherever you are most comfortable, only requiring you join your team in-person one to two times per week . The office is CBD based.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a strong ability to link strategy with business outcomes. You will have a strong background in reporting and analysis and be able to understand complex data, in order to provide advice that will mitigate risks & encourage forward planning that will provide outstanding outcomes for the business and customers within Tamaki Makaurau. In addition to your critical mindset and business acumen, you will have the experience to present your findings clearly and collaborate with your internal stakeholders to assist them in achieving the recommended outcomes.

This is a full time, fixed term contract of (40 hours) per week but can be flexible with hours no less than 30 per week for the right candidate.
