We are a focused and committed team who takes pride in creating a wonderful customer experience in our Library & Community Centre. In this role, you will be contributing to the day to day running of the library, support the in the delivery library programmes, and answering a wide range of enquiries from customers about library and council services. This is a permanent part time position available, based at New Lynn Library, the role also requires flexibility when required to work across the Whau Local Board Libraries.

As digital troubleshooting is an important part of this role, you will be expected to be familiar with digital technology and able to comfortably impart that knowledge to our customers.
