Are you a passionate Workers Compensation Claims professional and currently seeking an opportunity with a self-insurer where you can be rewarded for your customer service? Canterbury-Bankstown Council is searching for an experienced highly technical workers compensation claims officer to join our Workers Compensation team. Working in a self-insured environment, you will be able to apply your Workers Compensation claims management knowledge directly in the workplace in accordance with SIRA guidelines. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work with a self-insurer where you can apply your passion for customer service and manage the end to end claims experience for your customers. The role will also see you maintaining the Workers Compensation database (SolvInjury) and providing the highest level of customer service to injured workers. This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis. The salary range for this opportunity commences at $82,358 (Grade G, Step1) + 10% super. Some of your duties will include:
