The Business Performance Officer will work with the business to drive organisational performance through service planning and the development of performance and reporting frameworks.  The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement focus and strong business acumen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development of the City of Busselton’s service catalogue and coordination of service planning processes;
  • Development of strategic and corporate reporting frameworks which are consistent, relevant and user friendly; 
  • Support continuous improvement of business / service performance, ensuring a customer centric approach;
  • Undertake and / or support the development and implementation of strategic and corporate business plans.

To be considered for this role you must address, in no more than three pages, the following essential selection criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a business analysis / improvement capacity within an organisation; 
  • Contemporary understanding of service catalogues and service management concepts; 
  • Knowledge of performance management and reporting systems;
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging, influencing and effectively working with a variety of stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated analytical / problem-solving skills.

Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in a related field will be highly regarded.

Applicants must also hold a current C class driver’s licence and be able to provide a National Police Clearance no more than six months old.
