This is an exciting time to be part of the People & Development team here at the Gannawarra! Join us as we head down our digital transformation journey to bring the HR processes and systems into a more contemporary space. This opportunity will allow you to be the champion of the review, implementation and integration of contemporary human resource systems and processes. Alongside this project, you will use your expertise to provide advice and practical support to management and employees in relation to EBA interpretation, conditions of employment, pay and general employment issues. You will also coordinate the recruitment, on-boarding and training and development of employees. This position will also be required to provide backup to the payroll function and Manager during periods of leave. For further information please refer to the attached position description.
