• Base Salary Package starting at $71,066
• Total Effective Package: $79,751.09 (inclusive of leave loading and superannuation)
• Based on a remote Community in the MacDonnell Regional Council area

We are seeking candidates with hands on mechanical; station; farming; landscaping or civil works experience to live and work on an Aboriginal Community and lead a small team to carry out a wide range of civil works.

Team Leader Works leads the local community civil works team to install, maintain and service our communities, including:

• Parks and open spaces;
• Internal Roads;
• Sports Grounds;
• Waste Management;
• Weed Control and Fire management;
• Animal Management;
• Cemetery Management;
• Civil Works Depot;
• Must be willing to carry out Essential Services Officer Training, (Power and Water), and provide relief to Essential Services Officer as required.

Skills and experience:

• Current Drivers Licence
• White Card
• Relevant plant and equipment tickets
• Team player
