Greater Dandenong Council has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated digital communications professional to join the Media and Communications team.

The key objectives of the Digital Media Officer role will be to coordinate Council’s online communications; prepare content for the internet and intranet sites to ensure they are relevant, up to date, and appropriate for target audiences; coordinate Council’s social media presence; and help to implement the IT Strategy and Digital Framework.

We are seeking someone with experience in managing online projects, advanced computer and social media skills, the ability to train and support other staff, excellent customer service and relevant tertiary qualifications.
