This position has been developed to enact the planning and delivery of youth projects and initiatives within the City of Port Phillip (CoPP). Program planning and the implementation of activities, creation of opportunities and service delivery for young people are a key feature of this role. The role will operate to create and connect youth led projects, increase social connectedness, event plan, convene youth committees and mentor young people. Work to industry best practise, enact positive role modelling and increase the civic participation of young people that live, study or work in Port Phillip. About the Organisation The City of Port Phillip is an inner-city council with around 1000 employees who deliver more than 100 programs and services to our residents, businesses and visitors. These range from childcare and immunisations, to libraries, management of parks and open space, rubbish collection, road maintenance and more.
