About the Role Lead the delivery of quality support programs and internally and externally funded services for young people aged 12 to 25 in the City of Port Phillip. This mixed model of service provision is dynamic and requires a Team Leader who can work towards the best outcomes for Port Phillip’s youth, and support internal and external partners to work collaboratively to achieve outcomes for young people.
