Are you an enthusiastic, highly experienced professional with experience reviewing services, identifying efficiencies and delivering change initiatives across a complex organisation? An exciting opportunity exists within the Business Transformation unit for a Coordinator Business Improvement to join their supportive and collaborative team. You will be a leader in the City’s digital transformation by driving innovation, cultural change and implementing systems and process to deliver customer focussed solutions. You will also provide thought leadership and expert consultation to support innovation, service transformation and business process improvement, as well as leading and managing the Service Review program. To be successful in this role you will have experience developing an improvement culture and building the capacity and capability of an organisation to be customer focussed, embrace digital opportunities and embed digital service delivery. You will have highly developed interpersonal skills to drive a strong ongoing commitment from all staff to continual improvement and innovation, including an ability to work with and communicate effectively with staff at all levels. If you hold formal qualifications in Business Management, Information Technology, Project Management, Change Management or similar, and/or in Management or less formal qualifications together with extensive and diverse experience, or intensive specialist experience, we welcome your application.
