The Role Reporting to the Manager Building and Associated Services you will be responsible for facility management across Council’s portfolio of Buildings and Associated Services including coordinating maintenance, procurement and management of service agreements, conducting inspections, interaction with lessees and review of proactive maintenance schedules Additionally, you will project manage construction projects to ensure Council infrastructure is kept to a safe and functional standard About you We are looking for an experienced contruction and project officer with a strong knowledge of Australian Standards associated with Building. You will have excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve key outcomes. You must have:
