The Role This is a hands-on role where you will utilise your critical thinking and business partnering skills to add real value in providing strategic advice, support and guidance to stakeholders in the organisation in relation to industrial relations matters, people management and organisational design. A key focus will include actively managing end to end HR/ER case management across the organisation. You will also contribute to broader activities within the team to continue to develop people capabilities, including building a workplace culture that is aligned to the organisation values. Additionally, you will also ensure people issues are dealt with in a fair and transparent manner, having regard to risk mitigation, relevant employment legislation and health and wellbeing. Given the large volume of work within the team, you will need to be incredibly efficient with high attention to detail. You must have:
