About the role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to provide unparalleled business support to the Offices of the General Manager and the Mayor.

As the Executive Assistant at Clarence Valley Council, you'll be responsible for a myriad of duties but the key one is managing the diverse challenges that surround a busy executive environment. Critical to your success in the role is your ability to manage situations before they escalate, to adapt quickly to changing priorities and find solutions to problems. This is not a role for someone looking for structure and order as no two days will be the same. If you have initiative, bring energy to the workplace and have extensive experience providing high level executive support to management, we would like to hear from you.

To be considered for this position you will need to:

  • Address the essential criteria

You will need to demonstrate how you meet the focus capabilities and how your skills will enable you to achieve the key accountabilities.
