An exciting opportunity to work in a leadership role at Blue Mountains City Council (BMCC).

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead asset management at BMCC, ensuring council’s assets are planned for, aligned with and capable of supporting services to deliver the Community Strategic Plan.

The position leads BMCC’s Strategic Asset team and is responsible for:

• Leading asset management across Council ensuring a consistent approach to planning and processes.
• Overseeing council’s asset management governance framework.
• Developing and implementing the Asset Management Strategy and asset management continuous improvement.

This position is for you if you:

• Have experience and knowledge in asset management at a strategic level.
• Have experience in leading, influencing and managing change.
• Are committed to continuous improvement and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.
• Have high level communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:  commencing at $4417.76 gross per fortnight.
