The Role

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for ensuring and maintaining compliance with all Contract & Statutory requirements relating to the Infrastructure Directorate’s Capital Works Contracts. The role provides specialist advise into the drafting and preparation of contracts and actively monitors contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and principal deliverables.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Contract Administration experience or demonstrated relevant experience.  Along with being a proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail you will also need highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise effective with both internal and external stakeholders.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • National Police Clearance
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers licence
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • White Card
