An exciting opportunity exists within the Tourism and Major Events unit for an experienced Coordinator Business Events. You will be responsible for coordinating and delivering key City of Greater Bendigo events and promote Bendigo as a business events destination within Regional Victoria. 

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in event coordination which includes managing a range of sponsorship and support services. You will also have experience in developing sales plans and targeting specific niche industries to develop comprehensive product offerings for the business events market.

If you hold relevant tertiary and have extensive experience in event management, with local government experience being desirable, we welcome your application.

A satisfactory police records check and Working with Children Check is required for this position.
