Change and Communications Officer
Sutherland Shire Council is embarking on an organisational transformation program, centred around the implementation of a new Software-as-a-Service enterprise resource platform. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in that journey and bring the vision to reality.
Things We’ll Trust You With:
- Focusing on the people side of change, you will contribute to the project team through the creation and delivery of project communications, planning and delivery of training, and conducting change readiness assessments and impact analyses.
- Building strong partnerships with your stakeholders to ensure the organisation is well informed, change ready, trained and engaged.
Things You’ll Do:
- Support relevant stakeholders to create actionable change management plans.
- Assist the Change Manager in the provision of communications and change advice to the business
- Plan, draft and execute project communications and engagement activities
- Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs in conjunction with the vendor and SMEs.
- Monitor, track and report the progress of the project plan to ensure expectations are met.

- Salary: $77,500 - $84,500 gross per annum plus 10% superannuation
- Hours of work: Temporary Full Time 35 hours per week with option of a 19 day month (flexitime arrangment) This role is expected to be available for up to 3 years.
