An opportunity exists at the Ballarat Aquatic & Lifestyle Centre for a positive and friendly AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety. This position requires a positive, energetic and vibrant attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve. You will have exceptional customer service skills and a strong desire to exceed member expectations, with the ability to work well as part of a team. Flexible hours and days are required for this role over a 6-day roster which include some or all the following; mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or weekends. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering classes in our Aquatic Education program which focusses on teaching children and adults to swim and to be safer around aquatic environments. Our classes cater for students from nervous beginners through to more advanced swimmers. Our classes are school aged up to adults. You will only be assigned infant and preschool classes if you have the required qualification. Essential requirements:
