About the roleThe Manager Strategic Policy & Projects provides a centralised, whole-of-directorate leadership function to scope, develop and implement solutions that respond to the diverse strategic challenges facing Isaac communities. The role supports the Director PECS in delivery of high-level research and investigation tasks, preparation of detailed reports and discussion papers, formulation of policies, strategies, plans and budgets, and is a strategic enabler for each of the PECS departments in development of robust, evidence-based policy and consistent project delivery standards. The role will work to develop and grow enduring capacity across the Directorate. It will work to optimise and measure, record and report on the Noble purpose elements of engagement, trust, innovation and value creation across the Directorate.
