Ongoing Position Number: 4533 Location: This position is primarily based in The Package: $79,604.72 - $87,963.20 gross per annum + 10% superannuation. (Evaluated as Grade 13 of the QPRC Salary System 2021). Full-time – 35 hours per week. Flex time conditions may apply. Are you experienced in planning and building and looking for a new challenge in a high-performance environment? The primary purpose of this role is to be a first point of contact for our customers to assist and provide guidance regarding all building and planning technical enquiries. This will include coordinating lodgement of applications via the NSW Planning Port and dissemination of such applications. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in Local Government planning and building legislation, application of NSW Environmental Planning along with experience in a similar position with the relevant qualifications required to undertake the responsibilities of the role. This exciting position requires an enthusiastic individual with a strong focus on providing a positive customer experience in the planning and building application process. The successful candidate will also be operating during an exciting stage of economic development in the local government area with numerous projects ongoing within the Queanbeyan-Palerang area.
