Administration - Short term opportunities


About the position:

The City is seeking expressions of interest for short term administration opportunities, to commence immediately.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.06pm (part time hours may be considered).

Key accountabilities:

  • Provide administrative support including preparation of customer correspondence, mail merges, binding, laminating, filing and raising requisitions for purchases in accordance with the City’s policies and procedures.
  • Accurately input, monitor and maintain customer records within City systems and databases.
  • Assist technical staff with site visits as required.

Position requirements:

Applicants will require previous experience in general administration duties, including dealing with customer enquiries and data entry. A C class drivers licence is also required.

Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.

Remuneration and benefits:

A pay rate between $22.42 and $28.55 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications
