About the Roles

Based at the Tarcoola Aged Care Facility in Tara, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of a high standard of care in an atmosphere where all residents are made to feel valued members of the facility and community. 

Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, you will:

  • be responsible for providing clinical assessments of residents and delivery of nursing care;
  • have a thorough understanding of Aged Care Standards; and
  • develop and implement care plans in consultation with health professionals, staff and/or representatives and meet ongoing validation requirements.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • a current registration with the Australian Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • a senior first aid certificate and a Yellow Card or the willingness to obtain;
  • the ability to communicate and ensure that client activities and other appropriate information is documented, in line with professional and legal standards;
  • demonstrated experience as a registered nurse; and
  • be willing to have a flu and COVID-19 vaccination.
