Have you just finished year 12 and are looking for an exciting opportunity to commence a career in Local Government whilst gaining a qualification in Engineering and Fabrication? An opportunity exists for a talented and motivated individual to be a part of our Trainee, Apprentice and Graduate Program as an Apprentice Welder. The Role You will work with our Fleet team at Leslie Street Depot Roselands to gain experience in performing welding and steel fabrication duties to Council’s Fleet vehicles, plant and equipment along with providing welding services to various Council departments which require such maintenance. In addition you will attend TAFE and gain a Cert III qualification in Engineering and Fabrication. Your duties:
