Are you an accredited building certifier and looking for an exciting new challenge? We are looking for an experienced Building Development Certifier to join our awesome Development & Certification team. You will be part of a professional, dedicated team facilitating all building survey activities for Council and your "office" will range from beautiful coastal villages and country towns to vast fertile farm lands. We are a small but mighty Council with good connections to the community, we aim at getting the best outcomes for all. This is a re-advertised role, previous applicants need not apply.
We are looking for A motivated go-getter, who is confident to work autonomously but also understands the importance of team work. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and a good understanding of customer needs achieved through your effective interpersonal communication skills. You have plenty of experience working on all kinds of inspections and are open to sharing those skills with others in the team.
