We are looking for An emerging leader who wants to lead and mentor a crew to develop themselves and effectively deliver the teams goals. You have experience in a range of road patching vehicles. You are able to prioritise and have an eye for detail to coordinate works and deliver required documentation. You can problem solve with a solutions based focus that will provide the best outcome for our community. You are flexible, adaptable and responsive to change. You have a safety focus and are able to be proactive with safety issues and initiatives. We are seeking someone who has the following technical abilities:

The primary purpose of the role is to provide a high level of service in the construction and maintenance of Council’s infrastructure in line with Council’s operational and delivery plans. This includes:
NOTE: As the activities of this position could involve exposure to Hepatitis A and B or Q Fever, the employee will be vaccinated against these hazards or required to provide proof of immunity against these diseases.
