Mackay Regional Council is seeking an energetic and experienced business administration professional to join our Shared Services team based at Paget Depot.

About this opportunity:

The Team Leader is to supervise and lead the business support team responsible for providing both internal and external customers with a range of administrative support, ensuring the delivery of a consistently high level of professional quality service.

To succeed in this role you will demonstrate previous experience leading and coaching teams in a business adminstration environment. You will be experienced in rostering, workforce planning and workload management and dedicated to delivering expceptional service to our customers and stakeholders alike.
