About the position

The Property Officer will assist in administering Council’s landowner/property functions under the direction of the Manager Property & Building Services and in accordance with Council’s capability framework, values and business objectives.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need;

• NSW Certificate of Registration - Real Estate Industry (desirable)
• Certificate III Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• a current Class C Driver’s Licence

We Offer

• Permanent full time, 35 hours per week
• Salary from $55,088.00 to $59,444.00 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience)
• plus 10% superannuation
• Access to Indoor Accrued Time (Flexi)
