Business Transformation Officer

Moira Shire Council are looking for a Business Analyst to whose primary objective is drive opportunities for business systems capability uplift, business process optimisation and to identify opportunities for efficiencies across business functions within the organisation.

This position requires a high degree of customer support to internal clients ensuring optimum use of available information technology and related resources.

Candidates require outstanding customer service skills. Experience in local government would be an advantage but not essential. A relevant qualification/or significant previous experience in Information Technology is a requirement of this position.
