We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Pool Lifeguards who are committed to providing excellent customer service and join our dedicated team across our Aquatic and Fitness Centres.

You will supervise the delivery of our water and land-based programs to a range of customers, including children and adults who use our facilities on a daily basis.

We currently have 4 positions available across 4 of our locations- Birrong, Roselands, Canterbury and Max Parker. You would be required to be available to work at either of these locations. 

You would also be required to work Monday-Sunday and the hours could vary depending on the operating times of the centres. We are looking for candidates who are reliable and flexible and can work a 7 day rotating roster. 

The salary range for this opportunity commences at $54,586 (Grade B, Step 1) + 10% super

Essential Experience and Qualifications for this position include;

• RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Apply First Aid Certificate
• Current working with children check (WWCC)
• The ability to identify, address and respond to safety hazards
• Experience working within a team environment.
• The ability to follow instructions and procedures
• The ability to swim 200m continuously within 6 minutes as per the Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations.
