This role is responsible for implementing and facilitating delivery of Council’s Learning and Development framework and training program and calendar. The Learning and Development Officer will work closely with the Coordinator to identify, evaluate and review learning and development options and opportunities to enhance organisational capability and performance. In this role, you will be busy with no two days the same and well supported as you continue to provide great development opportunities to our superb employees. To be successful in this role you will have qualifications of relevant experience in Training and Development or similar field. You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience of contemporary trends in training and delivery and familiar with e-learning management systems, preferably PageUp.
