Are you seeking to make a positive difference in family’s lives and work within a dedicated team of vibrant professionals?

Council is seeking an experienced Case Worker to work in the Early Years Intervention and Support team.
This role will undertake case work; promoting the safety, stability and development of vulnerable children, young people and their families.
Through providing intake, case management, interventions and referrals, the Senior Parenting and Children’s Services Practitioner will work with families with multiple complex needs such as trauma, family violence and mental health to empower and improve their well-being.

Through providing support and guidance the Parenting and Children Services Practitioner will work towards empowering young families and improving their overall well-being.

New graduates are encouraged to apply – potential for ongoing employment subject to DFF&H funding.
