The governance and administration team within Council is looking for an administrative professional.

This role not only provides support to Council's group managers to enable them to support their respective groups professionally and efficiently, but also provides governance and administration support to Council by ensuring that the proceedings and deliberations of Council's Committees, Working Parties, CCO's and Liaison Committees are supported. This includes making sure reports and documents are formatted to a high quality and ensuring meeting papers and outcomes are recorded accurately in an efficient and timely manner, and assisting with agenda preparation and minute taking as required.

A high level of planning, organisation and attention to detail is a must. You will have at least three years of practical applied experience demonstrating support to senior management levels or hold a diploma or certificate in business administration. We are looking for high level of competence in Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your commitment to working collaboratively and supporting each other is vital to the success of the team as is your commitment to Council's values and behaviours.
