About the role:
Sarina Sugar Shed is seeking a customer service superstar who is enthusiastic and passionate about people and is flexible to be available across a 7-day roster to join the team as a Visitor Experience Officer.
The Role:
The Visitor Experience Officer conducts guided tours, provides service in the retail store, prepares food and beverage offerings in the café, and assists in other duties to enhance the visitor experience.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Experience in tourism, hospitality or retail industry including the ability to provide a high level of personalised customer service.
• QLD ‘C’ Class Drivers Licence
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across a board range of audiences and the ability to adapt tours to meet visitors specific needs
