Engaged Communities Officer - Youth Lead



The Engaged Communities team undertakes work with a specific focus on youth and community engagement across Greater Bendigo. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic person who enjoys developing strategic and innovative approaches to build youth capabilities to join our team.

This dynamic role will develop and lead the Youth Strategy, the Youth Council and proactively build youth capabilities through the design and delivery of innovative youth development initiatives and programs. 

The successful applicant will have experience and a great track record in the youth or community development sectors, ideally with relevant qualifications in Social Science, Community Development or similar discipline. They will also be confident with website and social media platforms.

A satisfactory police records check (free of cost) and Working with Children Check is required for this position.
